For guests staying with us October 3, 2016 through April 30, 2017, please be aware of possible elevated noise levels between 8AM to 5PM weekdays. We will do everything we can to minimize any disruptions to your stay and ensure you enjoy a restful sleep. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Some very exciting happenings are underway at The Westin Grand, Vancouver!
The hotel is currently undergoing a revitalization that is scheduled to be completed in Spring 2017. The first phase of the renovation, encompassing guestrooms on the top three floors of the hotel, has been completed. Guests who book one of our rejuvenated rooms will be treated to upgraded features for an even better stay.
Phase two of our guestroom rejuvenation began in phases this fall, along with a refresh to our lobby and restaurant. Additionally, our Robson Street entrance and porte cochere are also undergoing a transformation to enhance your future arrival experience.
We are working hard to make our hotel an even more inviting atmosphere for you to relax and recharge. The hotel team will continue to provide the utmost service throughout this process, and we encourage you to contact us directly with any questions or concerns during your stay. We want to assure you that we will make your stay with us as relaxing and worry-free as possible with minimial disturbance to your on-property experience.
- Arrival Experience: Our lobby and restaurant renovation is expected to continue through the end of the year. During this time, our arrival experience will be a little different but just as easy. Please scroll down for important arrival instructions.
- Lobby and Restaurant: While the lobby and restaurant undergo their refresh, the Front Desk will be relocated to the Concerto Room on the Lobby Level. Our resturant will be open for breakfast only, offering service in the Allegro Room, also on the Lobby Level. Our friendly associates, as well as signage throughout the hotel entrance and lobby, can help to direct you where to go.
Additionally, during this transformation, Room Service will continue to be available, and our staff will be more than pleased to suggest other nearby dining options.
Beginning February 2017, join us for tasty food and drinks at our brand new restaurant, Hendricks!
- Guestrooms: The first phase of our guestroom transformation, which includes rooms on the top three floors of our hotel, has been completed. Guest Arrival Instructions
We look forward to welcoming you to The Westin Grand, Vancouver! As we work hard to make our hotel even more inviting and inspiring we want to inform you that there will be some visible work at the Robson Street level/porte cochere until the end of February. To help you plan and feel relaxed from the moment you arrive, please follow our revised arrival experience instructions below:
Upon arrival at the hotel, please enter through the porte cochere as the Robson Street entrance will be closed. Feel free to check your bags at the bell desk down stairs before proceeding up one level to the Lobby. Once arriving in the Lobby, follow signs to the Concerto Room to check in.
