Check in time is 3:00pm and check out time is 12:00pm. A credit card is required at time of reserving to guarantee all resevations. A credit card is also required at check in. Cash deposits are not accepted.

Early Departure Fee
Guests departing prior to their confirmed check-out date, without providing 24 hours advanced notice to the hotel, are subject to an Early Departure Fee of one night's room and tax.
Pets
Dogs are permitted at no charge. Please contact either 604.602.1999 or e-mail us with your reservation details.
Internet Access
Free wifi available in lobby. Wired and wifi available in rooms for 14.99 CAD per day.
Third Party Billing
Please fill out the Credit Card Authorization Form and either e-mail or fax the completed form to the hotel. Please note, a copy of the front and back of the credit card being authorized and photo ID of the cardholder is required.
Cribs & Strollers
Cribs and playpens are available upon request and subject to availability. Jogging strollers are also available upon request. There is no fee. Submit a request.

Additional Bedding
Due to fire regulations we are unable to allow any cots or rollaways in guest rooms. All Deluxe suites contain a sofa bed. Should you require additional bedding please reserve this suite configuration.

Minimum Age Requirment
The minimum age to stay in a room at the Westin Grand is 19 years old. Anyone under the age of 19 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over this age.
